How do you find candidates who are actually available?

What does a 24-month guarantee mean in executive search?
If the employment ends within those 24 months, whether for professional or personal reasons, we search again at no charge. It makes no difference whether the company gives notice or the new employee does.
How long does a search take?
What we hold ourselves to: the decisive candidate profiles are with you within four weeks of the project start. From there we accompany the interviews and the process on your side, which means you largely set the pace yourself.
What happens if you cannot fill the position?
It rarely happens that we cannot fill a role. If we run into unexpected difficulties, we come back to the client quickly with solutions or alternative search strategies, and even in hard cases we reach a placement that satisfies. And the full fee is only due once the position is filled.
